Hello and welcome, I am so pleased to have you join us.
I am Beki, former Occupational Therapist and now Lifestyle and Business Coach. I left the profession in 2019 to travel the world, build my business and to support a freedom-based life where I home educated my two kids and live an outdoors lifestyle in the beautiful rural forests and mountains of Wales
.
When I started out coaching I created fast success – I was coaching healthcare workers and managed to double my OT income from the 2nd month of business. We spend our days going out in the forest, mountain biking or out on the canoe.
I realised that energy is everything and that running a business does not need to take up all your time. Rather than working on stressful activities – we need to find your true alignment and match your business with your purpose.
When our MIND, BODY and SOUL are in true alignment and free from shadow we achieve much bigger goals with ease.
Following simple strategies based on your high profit actions is the key to success! But I see so many stressed out new entrepreneurs who are wasting all their time hiding behind the low profit actions.
Some of this is down to lack of strategy, and some due to lack of self-belief. So we need to work on both in order to create the freedom and abundance you desire.

Alex left her job to run her business full time within 9 months of starting.
Alex does Mom coaching for those mums running on autopilot and hitting burnout. Alex has been a super fun client to work with.
Alex dived into shadow work and money mindset at the start, which were essential to learn how to sell her true worth, and not low value options.
Alex already had great skills on social media and had a strong presence, but we worked on how to turn this into actual sales. After a group call on the energetics of content, Alex put out a piece of content that went viral. She had over 6000 new followers in one week, and made multiple sales from this one content piece!
At first sales felt icky, and we worked together on creating a sales funnel and process that worked. I listened to multiple sales calls and gave feedback until the changes were integrated and Alex was super confident.
Alex now has a business where she is magnetising clients to her, making regular sales and not working crazy hours to do it.
